London–based indie game studio Gamearound has licensed Street Skater, an instant mobile game playable from within the boohooMAN apps.
On 15th September, in line with the launch of their new skate collection, boohooMAN launch their new game STREETSKATER.
Available only through the boohooMAN app STREETSKATER is the first 3D animated game from the brand.
Skate your avatar through the streets of LA, collecting coins and pieces from the boohooMAN collection to earn points and win real prizes. One lucky winner will skate away with £1,000 in cash.
Inspired by the most recent skate campaign shoot the game is set against the sun bleached, palm lined streets of LA. Perform tricks and dodge cars and obstacles as you skate through various levels.
Share your score with your friends and see if they can beat your high score.
Inspired by the Boohoo Skate range from Fall 2020, featuring shoots with the acclaimed skate boarder Boo Johnson, the Tony Hawk-meets-Subway Surfer Street Skater game follows an avatar character clothed in a choice from the boohooMAN Skate range of sweaters, T-shirts and track suits. Players can select their preferred skateboard and hit the street, gathering coins, magnets and power-ups whilst performing tricks and jumping or ducking obstacles for maximum points on the game leaderboard.
Players who join the leaderboard by entering their game handle and email address join the prize draw and if you complete several points thresholds, you will receive promo codes for up to 40% discounts and free shipping vouchers.
boohooMAN creates high impact clothing for the 16-24 years market. Whilst developing previous games such as the Quavo game, it has revealed that engagement within the app leads to higher conversions and much longer session times.
25,000 players have played the game since launch and the maximum score recorded at the time of writing is over 100,000 points, indicating strong adoption and engagement.
